What happens to the data you send me through this site, in short topics.
Who looks after the data
Quote request data (name, contact and what you write) stays with me, Maycon Bruno Constancio, through my company (CNPJ 62.382.173/0001-79). For anything about it, write to [email protected].
What it is used for
I use it only to reply to your request and prepare a proposal (LGPD, art. 7, V), and I never sell it. If you email me or message me on WhatsApp, I use your contact only to reply.
Where it goes
To reach me, the request goes through these services:
- Cloudflare Pages, which hosts the site;
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a bot sent it;
- FormSubmit, in the United States, which delivers it to my email.
That is why the data leaves Brazil, only for this delivery (LGPD, art. 33).
How long it is kept
I keep the request in my email for up to 12 months after our last conversation. If it becomes a contract, it stays with the contract documents for as long as tax law requires.
The chat
The chat answers on its own. When it does not recognize a question, or when it writes the summary of a quote request, the text you typed goes to Cloudflare's AI (Workers AI), which writes the answer and may process it outside Brazil.
Questions it does not recognize are kept for up to 90 days without identification (name, email and phone are removed first), only to improve the answers. If you tap "helpful" or "not helpful" under an answer, the question, the answer and the vote are kept the same way, without identification, for up to 90 days.
If you request a quote in the chat and tap Send, the summary and your chat messages, without email or phone, go to my email together with the name and contact you left, along the same route and for the same period as the form.
Do not type personal data in the chat.
Request count
I also count how many requests arrive: for each one I keep only the date, the service chosen, the language and whether it came from the chat or the form, without name or contact, for up to 12 months.
Visits
Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. The site sets no tracking cookies and shows no ads.
